We are hiring Senior IT Recruiter (Temporary)

We are expanding our business and looking for Senior IT Recruiter who will be responsible for filling open positions in Visma Lithuania.

 What's it all about?

  • As a recruiter, you will closely cooperate with IT managers on all matters of hiring strategy and other HR enquiries.

  • You will be responsible for developing talent acquisition strategy (advertising, headhunting, employee referrals, employment agencies, job fairs, cooperation with universities, etc.).

  • You will be providing work leadership to less experienced team members. You will plan, organize, and direct the activities involved in the development of the full life-cycle recruitment process.

  • Also, you will be able to join other activities like internal recruitment, generating benefits for employees, activities related to employee loyalty, etc.

 

 What do we expect?

  • Willingness to deepen IT knowledge and reach the best results in challenging IT market.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment area.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

  • Fluent English skills.
