Your future Team:
You would join three Marketing Data & Analytics team members. Our daily tasks involve:

Data Engineering - extracting and loading data from various data sources (e.g. Facebook) to Visma Data Lake (Google Cloud Storage/Google BigQuery).

Analytics Engineering - transforming, joining, and aggregating data for reporting/activation (both engineering tasks are currently orchestrated using Airflow, dbt might be adopted in the near future - fingers crossed).

Analytics - collaborating with different domain stakeholders, identifying their main problems, defining key performance indicators, creating visualizations with Tableau/Data Studio, and communicating insights.

Data science - using machine learning techniques to solve business problems (e.g. article recommendations using NLP transformers).

Building data activation and segmentation tools.
All daily tasks mentioned above are open for you, however at the moment the biggest priority is Analytics and Analytics Engineering. We have integrated vast amounts of data where huge untapped potential lies and you have to be the one that brings it to the surface. Our focus now is Web data. You might start with Google Analytics (UA and GA4), but later also look into other data sources like Google Ads, Search Console, EPI, Informizely, Hotjar etc.
What do we expect?

Willing to learn and master new technologies and concepts.

Experience with Web Analytics (Google Analytics).

Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery).

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio).

Data engineering/analytics engineering experience (Airflow, dbt).

Python programming skills.

Google Cloud Experience.

Good code management practices (git).

Fluent in English.
