Personal Data
Visma process your personal data to manage your requests and to build a profile based on your interests. The profile is used to tailor your page views on our sites in order for the content to be of relevance to you. Your personal data and the profile is also used as a basis for contacting you and for communicating information and offers.
In order to identify your interests we use the data you provide to us and register your movements on our sites and your use of our services. You may at any time update your interests or chose not to receive more information from Visma through our Subscription Manager. You may also use the Subscription Manager to delete such personal data used for the purpose mentioned above and to withdraw your consent to further processing of your personal data for purposes mentioned above.
If you have not visited Visma’s sites or shown some sort of interest for information sent to you during the last 24 months then your personal data will be deleted.
In order to offer you services we believe are in your interest, we may share your personal data with other companies within the Visma group. Visma does not share your personal data with external third parties other than subcontractors of our IT systems. We will ensure your personal data and rights by entering into data protection agreements with such subcontractors. Some of these subcontractors are located outside the EU, where Visma ensures the legal basis for transferring personal data to such parties/countries, either by using the EU Model Clauses or Privacy Shield. Oracle is an example of such a subcontractor, partly located in the US and used by Visma as supplier of a marketing tool called Eloqua (profiling tool).

You are entitled to request access to, rectification or restriction of, or to object to our processing of your personal data. You also have a right to data portability, and a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory data protection authority with regards to Visma’s processing of your personal data.
